Explain how to install plugins needed to join chat

I am asking this perhaps on behalf of others, which might help the online chat.

Can somebody smart please tell me how to install a plugin needed to join the online chat. I use either explorer or preferably Mozilla. I would appreciate it very much.

im on mozilla too....it shgould promt u to weather or not u want to install the java plug in....all u do is click, go to the java site, download the program (to somewhere ull be able to find it for example ur desktop), and then double click on the icon to install it pretty much does it for u....or at least it should
