Extensive blood work assessment (finasteride & dutasteride medication)

Hi,

the blood work revealed following anomalies:

- Very high progesterone (ECLIA): 0.24ng/ml (normal max is .15)
- High Estradiol (ECLIA): 41pg/ml (normal max is 40)
- High test: 9.10 ng/ml (normal max is 9.0)

My regimen:
- Min since '19
- finasteride & dermarolling since 04/20
- dutasteride (1x weekly) since 01/21

I am feeling miserable, depressive and just finished one year medication on finasteride with actually worsening of my Androgenetic Alopecia (already posted in Discords, other forums).
How to interpret the values?

Have only seeing progressing hair loss during my whole Androgenetic Alopecia treatment.
