Eyebrow loss

I recently noticed that my eyebrows seem much less dense, especially the ends closest to my ears. I reckon I must have lost about 50% density in the left half of the left eyebrow. I'm currently taking dutas, minoxidil 5% + retin A and MSM. does anyone know if this is a side effect of my regimen, or is it something connected to my hair loss?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I 've had significant (at least to me) eyebrow loss especially at the side near the nose. The opposite end loss that you're seeing is supposed to be a sign of thyroid problems. If you haven't, have your thyroid checked including thyroid antibodies.

Are your eyebrows thinner overall or just on the one side? Do you have any itching, flaking, etc?

I have very bad scalp pain with my hair loss and had the same sort of problem with my eyebrows so I just assumed it was related. I also was getting dry skin around/behind my eyebrows. Doctors gave me all sorts of topicals to try on my scalp and none ever worked but I also tried them on my eyebrows sometimes when I was feeling brave...or just espeically itchy. Nothing seemed to do anything until I tried a sample of Clobex shampoo my current derm gave me. I may have left it on a bit long since my skin got so dry and cracked it started to peel off, taking a few eyebrow hairs with it. But, its been over a month and my eyebrows have not bothered me at all!

If you aren't having those kind of symptoms then that won't help you but I thought Id throw it out there.
