yes, if you're using only nizoral right now, a spironolactone+revivo combo is presumably your best shot of replicating the effects you were hoping to achieve with propecia.
i'm working on ordering some spironolactone pills and making my own topical solution like some guys have done here... do a search on that and u'll find some good stuff on how to make yours (sorry i don't have the link that i found)
