Does heavy shedding after 12 months of Propecia mean that the drug is not working any longer?

Maintained and even increased during first 12 months.

Any thoughts?

No, I have heard that these drugs can just give you occasianal sheds. Nothing to worry about, it probably means that the drug is working for you.
