I'm not sure how profitable it would be to counterfeit Indian generics... being as they're sold for pennies on the dollar in India. It would probably cost more to counterfeit the drugs than to simply purchase them directly from Cipla or Dr. Reddy's. But it's a real concern for genuine medications sold on the Internet, without a prescription.
