My regime works for me but going through the shedding phase is hellacious. I am trying to get these dormant follicles cranking again b/c one side of my head has regrown perfect and the other is really beat up now. I am starting a MSM powder and Emu Oil regime to speed things along. Any more supplements to speed the regrowth?
