Does anyone have any advice that could help with a possible hormonal embalance? (i meant to correct the title before i posted it. my bad)

My scalp has been so sensitive for weeks now, even shampoos and coconut oil seem to leave it irritated. im losing hair quickly, my digestive system seems gassy after eating, my libido and semen is lower then it was while on finasteride or dutasteride. i feel like maybe i stopped dutasteride too quickly. i did try and space out the doses before i stopped but it must have been alot stronger in my system then i thought.

Recently i started back on 0.25 finasteride to see whether it changed anything and i dunno if that was a good idea... maybe i need to go cold turkey on everything for a little while till its sorted out? i assume taking finasteride would just make it worst at this point?

Unfortunately, it sounds like you developed PFS. I'm very sorry. Immediately stop taking any and all 5-AR inhibitors, head to P ropeciaHelp.com, and prepare yourself for some rough years.

You lose more hair because you stopped using dutasteride.

I have switched to a more gentle shampoo and the itch has been reduced abit. im taking a probiotic and fish oil and thats so far has fixed by digestion and even helped my libido abit.

still unsure whats going on though.

Yeah thebhalf life of dutasteride is exponentially wayyyyyyy more than finasteride, so I wouldn’t be surprised if it would take 6 months to be clear from your system, even with only a months use

Hey man don't get too worked up. I don't think you have PFS. And people suggesting 6 months before dutasterside is eliminated from your body is horse sh*t.Just Google it.

"Dutasteride has an extremely long terminal or elimination half-life of about 4 or 5 weeks."

So most likely it'll take 8-10 weeks or at most 3 months for the drug to be completely eliminated.
After that if you're still having symptoms then go see your doctor. But most likely you'll be completely fine. As far as your hair loss is concerned. Just reasss it in 2 to 3 months and if you're tolerating finasteride then start it up again.
