Hello my friends, I'm Mario from Poland.

I'm 20 years old now, i started balding slowly at the age of 15 or 16. I have never had fast hairloss, actually i were losing my hair slowly one by one for 5 years. In contrast to the current state of my hairs, when i was teenager i had extremely thick hairs and my hairline was few cm lower (what i marked on photo).

One month ago I started taking fnasteride. I'm taking 1/4 tablet of Proscar 5mg daily. I didn't notice any side effects yet. I included tablets in my daily diet: 1mg biotin, 15mg zinc, 1g msm. It isnt too much? Maybe I should reduce frequency for 1 time per 2 days to don't weight my organism?

I thinking to add growth stimulator for example minoxidil but I dont know when can i do it. Add it now or wait for the full working of finasteride? What do you think guys?

i cant see your picture ! But anyways i dont see why you would reduce it already if you dont have any sides, just take it regulary and that's it...im not sure if msm will do anything for your hair but it helped me with my bones so its good to use it anyways

This is my current hairs condition after 4 months on finasteride, ketokonazole shampoo. I didn't notice any regrow and to my mind balding is going more slowly now, but probably it isn't stopped yet. Hairs thickened but i need to achieve some regrow.



I have just added Alpicort F and Minoxidil 5% to my regime. I hope that minoxidil will help me, but unfortunately it let mi down and i have strange side effects on minoxidil. I was using 2x1ml per day and after applying i felt pain in the heart area, sometimes pressure in this area and stinging in the chest. After one week of using liquid minoxidil i stopped cause of f****ng sides. Futhermore after week of using minoxidil i noticed some new small vellus hairs on the temples, i think it would be working for me but sides destroyed my hopes.

Maybe someone was in the similar situation like mine? Can anyone help me?
