Fermented Rice Water for Faster Hair Growth Questions

Hi! I’m wanting to grow my hair after a botched hair cut, and I was wondering if anyone has tried fermented rice water? Im going to take the recommendation of using MSM and vitamin C, but I’m also wondering if rice water had worked for anyone. Thanks.
