ok so got a few questions about minoxidil.

firstly, i was at walmart the other day and saw an equate generic version of rogaine... looked at the ingredients and its 5% minoxidil just as rogaine is. its about 8 bucks cheaper per month for the equate and seeing as how im in college and money is tight then price is important... is there any difference between rogaine 5% and the equate 5%?

secondly... im only experiencing a receeding hairline... nothin in the crown area... so my question is when i apply the minoxidil liquid to the front of my head how do i keep the liquid from running down my forehead and into my eyes?

thirdly, ive seen mixed opinions on how long it takes to see regrowth... 3-4 months seems to be the thing ive came to believe... but what kind of hair length are we talkin about with the 3-4 months... just little bairly visible hairs or a few inch long hairs... and how long would it take to get 3-4 inch long hair?

here are a few of my pics that shows how far along i am:

i intend to get on propecia too... im wanting to start as soon as possible b/c i wanna fill in the bad spots before this summer... b/c im only 19 and dont wanna be goin to the beach or swimming and stuff and having to worry about people seeing my bad hairline

thanks for your help

I get the equate stuff myslef now. It's dirt cheap and the same stuff as rogaine. Also I recommend you get fincar and cut it inot 1/4s or 1/5th instead of getting on propecia. It s the same drug, finasteride just in a 5mg dosage whereas propecia is 1mg. If you order it from inhousepharmacy.com it will cost about 7 or 8 dollars per month so buy buying the cheaper minoxidil you can now afford the cheapest finasteride.
