hi,
one year ago, i asked for help in this forum to treat my stupid alopecia.
and they recommended Propeica, after offcourse explaining the side-effects...

i took it for 6 months, no sexual side-effects, no thing, but i started to feel less concentrated, and my ejaculate is watery, but these werent too serious

i stopped taking it for about 5 months, i still have memory loss, less concentration, but sexual sides faded...

i searched today for "propecia memory loss"
and i got an intresting yet TRUE fact, "BRAIN FOG"
totally true, you all must know that side-effect

anyway, i am not here to blame or anything, i decided to take propecia,
but i really want to eliminate that brain fog crap,
so after 5 months, dont you think that side-effect should have subsided by now?
i read also that brain fog is a symptom not a disease

so what should i take, i heard omega 3 fish oil helps

another question:

i still want to stop my baldness!!

what about that S5 cream?
tell me about it,
but this time , i want all cons and pros

final thing : PROPECIA WORKS 100%!! BUT YOU NEED TO DEAL WITH THE SIDE-EFFECTS WHICH IS NOT WORTH IT
i mean i am living like a stupid guy, just to stop alopecia?
some people are having more serious side effects

THANKS ALOT!

I haven't used the S5 cream, but I've used spironolactone 5% lotion before.
I was told it was without it's side effects, but I guess people will do anything to sell their product.

I applied it at night and suffered chest pains and trouble breathing. I've heard of others seeing the same symptoms and using it only every 2nd day to combat it. Don't let me put you off it, but any treatment of male pattern baldness will usually have it's disadvantages.

If you do use it:

-Wash your hands straight after using it.
-Use as little as possible and spread it evenly over the effected areas. (You only need a thin film to do the job)
-Don't expect results, you won't see any. spironolactone just stops the process for as long as it is present on the scalp, it won't regrow and it won't provide any miracles.

As for the Finasteride, many people feel that "Brain Fog" is an exageration. But, as it is hard to identify the true role of DHT in the body, whether directly or indirectly, we won't know what function it serves in the brain. I have always have had a bad memory, but more recently I've been haven't a hard time remembering names. Now this could just be a placebo effect. I will never know.

I reccomend working out, especially weights to boost your Testosterone levels, in theory your DHT levels should get a boost too. But in all fairness I don't know I'm not a Doctor.
