This has been posted before in other forums and threads but I thought I'd repeat it because it's helped me. I've been using minoxidil and finasteride on and off together or alone for several years and had nothing in terms of regrowth..just decent maintenance. However about 3 months ago I switched from using shampoo to a simple body wash soap because it cleans off the sebum way better. I'm now convinced that you have to get all the sebum off your scalp before applying minoxidil. I know this is common knowledge to some people but I didn't pay attention before. So yea my hair is starting to look way better finally. Full disclosure- I had the kerastem treatment last June but don't personally think that did anything as my hair was total shitte as of last month. Cheers.
