Your prostate tissue is being atrophied (what the drug was designed to do), vascularity is being reduced (what the drug is designed to do), and prostatic fluid and seminal fluid production is being affected (a result of the previous two processes).

thanks for the reply..a few more questions if you can help....

1.since my semen is watery at the moment..does that affect sperm count? and does it normally remain watery as long as i continue to use?

2.why do people complain about this if this is what the drug was designed to do?

again thanks

ps
should be easier for the woman to take it like a champ :punk:

1.since my semen is watery at the moment..does that affect sperm count?

For most men, probably not. For some men, possibly. See this thread:

Everyone is different, but personally I took it for 11 months and my semen was watery and ejaculate volume/force was reduced the entire time, and even now 3 yrs later still not as powerful/same consistency as before finasteride.

2.why do people complain about this if this is what the drug was designed to do?

Probably because it's a very shocking and frightening side effect? And because most people don't research what they are taking in the first place, or think it will never happen to them? Who knows.

If you're concerned, get a fertility test done. You may or may not be surprised at the findings. Hopefully all is well.

I would say so, yes.... otherwise, if it weren't for the Finasteride, you wouldn't be having that specific issue.
