Finally went to my doctor and ...

I am glad I did. Its been 10 years since I had a physical done. My mentality was "if it aint broke, why fix it?". SO anyways, I had my blood test done and the works (including coughing).

I started talking to my Doctor about hairloss and I asked him what precautions I could take. He was quick to point out finasteride and minoxidil as a good combo to fight male pattern baldness. My heart fluttered w. joy when he wrote out a Rx for finasteride w/out hesitance. He didnt wanna give me proscar cas he said that my health plan will look into it. He told me that if he puts fina, then there is a chance the insurance might overlook it and cover my finasteride $$. MUHuhahhahaa. But I doubt it .. I am sure they will look into it. But there aint no harm in trying to get 'free' finasteride. I was touched how helpfull my Doctor was w. all this. I think he understood my pain cas he himself is @ NW2~3

Since I am a noob, I wanna get my hands on the real 100% finasteride b4 I go to india and get it. Later on I know I will be a like a crackhead on those generic finasteride.

SO: i just wanna say to the noobs, get ur blood test done (to compare b4 and after finasteride regime). Go see a Doctor - pref a balding one. He will understand ur pain. And live in canada -- medicare is 'free' :love: .

I'm in the states and my insurance company caught onto the proscar thing after 1 month. So I'm paying full price now.

That's what i am afraid of. But if they do catch me, I will resort to the online purchase of finasteride. Lot of ppl here are purchase their generic finasteride online and seems to be working.

Will do. This was my pre-finasteride blood test. I will get one more done after a month or so to compare with post-finasteride blood test. Hope nothing serious goes wrong. 8O
