Finas + Cialis (taladafil). Is It Safe?

In the Cialis package leaflet says that Cialis cannot be taken in combination with finasteride.

Why?

no direct interactions, but of course we all know what an 5- alpha reductase inhibitor does, so it might affect how cialis works and its effectivness (if you're sensitive to the above mentioned class of medications)
thats why your md should know if you take it with finasteride, or alpha blockes, or drugs for high blood pressure

Hi Badhabiz,

I did solve my libido and erection problems with topical DHT, after 3 years almost impotent and without taking finasteride.

But I started losing my hair much faster and I got overwhelmed, so I started on finasteride again, and stopped using DHT.
