Finasteride 1.25mg, 5/6 times a week vs everyday

Am I losing anything by skipping a day of finasteride a week ?

Not because of sides or anything related to that, but I've read the 5ar stays knocked out for a few days, so am I wasting my pills by popping them everyday ?

How much rationing can I get away with without compromising the efficacy ?

Read a couple of dated threads but they were quite inconclusive, what's the current line of thought on this ??

But I've read 0.5mg is statistically weaker than 1mg. I wouldn't wanna compromise the efficacy
