So starded 0,5mg finasteride two weeks ago. Recently noticed that I've basically lost some portion of libido (I could do it several times a day, now I don't even think about it) and erections aren't as strong as they were and should be. I had ball ache for 1,5 week. So my question is, should I wait longer and see if hormones are stabilized or just quit it? Sex life > my hair.

you can probably push through as your body achieves homeostasis but in my case I didnt risk it as my sexual functions diminished overnight and quit, its up to you

I had the same exact experience for 2 weeks. Then I read from a post online that maybe I'm being too paranoid. So I just continued it and think of it as more of a vitamin tablet. 1 month after, no more side effects. I think my body has adjusted to its new levels of DHT. Plus no more hairfall in the pillow when I wake up. My sex life is normal now and I enjoy sex and masturbation like I used to.
