When you are that bad off your hair literally does not grow thick enough to cover the bald areas anymore. So no, this was definitely Finasteride.

I've been on minoxidil since December 2016 to Jan 2018 and only trim my sides and back when getting a haircut. I let my top grow but it was stuck on the baseline pic (see feb 2018 baseline pic). It's only after 4 months of finasteride (with minoxidil) that I finally regaine my top and make it look dark again even in sunlight

Hi guys. For those asking for any updates, I've been busy this past month due to work and I'm always on travel. But yeah so far my hair is pretty much steady now, and no more sides whatsoever. I noticed in my 5th month that it still looks like the last pic I posted, so maybe I'll post again after another 4 months. Cheers.
