Finasteride, acne, eyebrow loss, feeling cold, low body temp and fatigue?

I've been taking finasteride for 10 month, and since about 1.5 month ago I constantly feel fatigued, cold, often have lowered body temperature had many pimples breaking out on my forehead, and I have significant eyebrows thinning (which bothers me the most)

I've checked my thyroid hormones specifically because of eyebrow loss, but they came back fine.

I also checked blood morphology and I had significantly elevated lymphocytes (which can be a sign of infection or some inflammation)

Now I'm wondering if such symptoms might be because of Finasteride?

I've seen people complaining about eyebrow loss and also other symptoms when on finasteride.

Most sources I could find indicate the strongest that hypothyroidism is the cause of eyebrow loss, constant fatigue and lowered body temperature (I already checked that and my thyroid is fine). Also I don't think I have any skin inflammation or other problem that could cause eyebrow loss.

But it also says that eyebrow loss might be due to some hormone imbalances (which finasteride might no doubt induce)

So I strongly suspect Finasteride. What do you think?

None of your symptoms can really be attributed to finasteride, but you never know. Some people have odd reactions to medications. Speak with your doctor, but you might want to stop finasteride for a couple months to see if your issues resolve. finasteride for me, if anything, dries my skin out and I have had maybe two or three face pimples in the last 2 years I have taken the stuff. And those only occurred when I was camping and hadn't showered in a week!
