finasteride and no minoxidil

Does anyone know (from experience) the results you'd get from Propecia with simply using Propecia and an everyday shampoo (I personally use Aveda thickening shampoo which is awesome!!!). I see that most regimens here include finasteride along with minoxidil and/or Nizoral...are these essential? Could I get good results out of just Propecia? Thanks fellas...

Propecia = Maintainence, possible regrowth
Minoxidil = Regrowth
Propecia + Minoxidil = Maximum Regrowth

I dont use Minoxidil. To early to tell whether Propecia on its own is helping. I am only looking for maintainence.
