finasteride and penis pain

hey guys, i am using proscar 1/4 for 8 days. yestarday suddenliy i felt pain my penis and i looked my penis. one of the vein became dark. im so worring about. is it a dangerous stiuation? shoud i quit drug or should i take lower dose?
please help.

I'd say carry on with finasteride. If this penis pain occurs a few more times than bring it down to 1/8 to see if there is any difference. If it doesn't stop or gets worse drop it. However this pain could be due to a lot other factors so you have to work out what's really the cause.

When I first started finasteride I remember I had a few sharp pains in my balls but since then it's never happened again and I've already past 5 months on finasteride. I don't know if it was caused by finasteride or if it was just due to cycling too much as I had started cycling a lot around that time.

dude, it's dose dependent.

1/8th is probably not enough.

I would not go lower than 0.25 mg daily.
