Finasteride at 21 for hairline receding at the temples

21 years old here with a hairline that appears to be receding around the temples (particularly on the left side). Is it a good idea to take finasteride at my age and for this type of receding hairline? My father started balding in his late 20’s so I’d rather not go down the same path.

Many people will not be able to help without a photo. but I don't know how good or bad it is to take finasteride in the 20s. I am 22 years old. I started with 0.2mg 45 days ago. I have been using 1mg for 35 days and there are no side effects.
