Finasteride caused acne on my face, what's your advice?

Hi, I've been taking finasteride for 3 months, 1-1,25 mg a day and I see it helps my hair, but it caused me acne on my face, not one or two, a lot. Do you think I should stop using it not to harm my face? Or my body and hormones are just adapting to this drug and I should wait?
Do you have acne because of finasteride?

Nobody has face acne on finasteride?

I'm guessing this is due to the increase in T? I don't know if T goes back to baseline eventually while on finasteride.
