Finasteride itching

I've been taking finasteride for about 6 or 7 months now and within the past month or so I've noticed that my skin has started to randomly itch without reason. I'm going to try riding it out because the dry winter weather MIGHT have something to do with it and it's not always bad but sometimes it's REALLY distracting.

I did a search on the forum on 'itching' and surprisingly didn't see anything come up about it, at least in the title. How are you dealing with this if you have this side-affect?

Edit: The itching is all over. Back, feet, fingers, knee, scalp, nose, etc. I use minoxidil twice daily but since the itching is all over I doubt it's that.

Weird. I have been on it for 7 months and same thing happened the past two weeks. My scalp is clean these days.

Only thing changed in my life is I have not wacked off for 7-10 days which is a world record for me.

This itch is making the follicles die it feels. It feels like the end is near.
