Finasteride/prostrate connection..

So I ordered some Finpecia, also have Rogaine foam coming....

A question - In the last 2 years I've noticed the amount of times I get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom has doubled or tripled. I have read this could be related to prostrate enlargement, etc..
Can the prostrate thing be also related to thinning/balding (by the crown for me)? And, by taking finasteride, does anyone think I could kill 2 birds with one stone (bathroom going decreasing, hair growing/keeping)??

I think you should talk to your doctor bro, but the right dosage for treating prostate enlargement is 5mg of finasteride. I think 1mg of finasteride is not enough to treat this condition but you'll definetely won't be doing yourself harm.

There is no one single "right dosage" for treating either prostate problems or hair problems. The choice of dose is rather arbitrary.
