Finasteride Rest After One Year Of Taking It

I'm taking finasteride every single day for one year now.
Do you think I could take let's say one month of rest to let the body recover a bit?
Plus I'm also using minoxidil 5% and nizoral so I thought I could take that month rest of it all.

After that month I'll start again and add the dermarolling because with those three I had some results but maybe adding the dermarolling would give some extra.

Appreciate your thoughts.

Well none, I have zero sides, it's all going smoothly.
I'll proceed with it then, in one year time I'll see how it goes.
Thank you for the help.

If you had maintenance and stability you will lost it within 30 days, i had 20 days break from finasteride 3/4 years ago and diffused all over the top while on break within only 20 days of not taking finasteride, but if you jump back quickly enough you can save it. Someone said above, finasteride has very short half of life, it just needs to be taken every day. Since i am on Dutasteride, i am taking it every other day sometimes every 3 days. Still keeping strong NW2.5 also with minoxidil+ru combo once daily

Wow, only 20 days.
I'm going to start tomorrow microneddling and the feedback is that it's even better than finasteride and minoxidil.

Even if the half life is short, it stays in the tissue up to a couple of weeks, maybe even for a month. And i'm talking here about full tissue depletion. The only reason for it to be taken daily is that it must be consistent in the blood, 1. because it can cause dramatically and sporadically cause hormonal fluctuations that are not well studied, or their outcomes, and 2. you need it pumping the tissue with it because finasteride can only lower scalp tissue dht up to 50% or something percent only, so the rest is there to attack the follicles anyways.

You can take 1mg every 2 or 3 days maximum but except some doctors anecdotal experiences and people who take it this way there is no actual studies that show it's effectiveness or safety profile if you take it this way.

The only proven thing, proven by the tests done by the manufacturer himself before the drug was released, is that even 0.25mg inhibits almost the same amount as 1mg, fact that shows clearly that 1mg per day is only a business marketing/management scheme, not to mention the difference between the 1mg and 5mg that is prescribed for bph...

Now there are 2 aussie doctors that have a "show" on youtube that addresses especially the finasteride part and their experience which they say it's wide and vast around this subject. They say because of the things i mentioned above, finasteride being in the tissue for a long time, they say that with every patient they had problems or encountered sides, they prescribe it 1mg 3 times a week and all the sides are gone and the drug is well tolerated from there. They say that they prescribe it even 0.5 3 times a week if the sides still persist. And in one of their videos they clearly say that at a couple of months you could take a brake for a month or so, to let your body recover to it's normal state.

Now you have to take everything with a grain of salt. The old studies are done by the manufacturer who is well known for manipulating studies, killing people with other manipulated studies and drugs like Vioxx for example, recent news that secret documents that were kept secret were leaked, documents that say that he manipulated the finasteride studies also and you have to take with a grain of salt also what these aussie doctors say, because they are hair transplant surgeons and they make a living out of this, nobody knows exactly who is paying them, or if somebody is paying or if they have hidden interests that nobody knows about, etc

But considering the available data that we have, most things align with what they say. Check hair loss show or something like that on youtube for more info...
