Finasteride/rogaine Regrowth? Using Them For Two Months

Hello I have been on Finasteride and Rogaine for about two months and between a Norwood 5a-6. Attached is a picture of my temple with vellus hairs that haven’t been there for years. Will these become terminal?

I understand, have you had this experience before if so did they turn terminal for you?

i had not have any luck on my forehead, its all around the crown (i have got vellushair on my forehaid but they have not turned terminal (yet)
