it's a known fact that finasteride inhibit the first type enzyme and SP inhibit the second enzyme that finasteride dosen'T.
so toghter it should be like dutasteride isn't?

finasteride blocks only 5ar type 1 , right?

and Saw palmetto blocks 5alpha-r type 2

so if i combine sp and finasteride... it should work better togther

Nope, Saw Palmetto will bind to the androgen receptor thereby preventing DHT from binding to it and sucking the life from your follicles, in theory at least, but there seems to be lots of anecdotal evidence that internal saw palmetto extract helps with hair loss. I take both, lower DHT w/finasteride, and block whats left from reaching the follicles with Saw Palmetto.
