Finasteride side effect...?

I am aware that 5AR plays a role in brain function but has anyone noticed a lack in their level of patience since starting propecia/proscar ?

no such effect no.. finasteride doesn't inhibit both types of 5AR anyway, there's still enough DHT to keep your nerves (and other things) firing off.
