Finasteride side effects after 4 doses, 1,25mg, still after stop

Hey guys,
I took a generic finasteride early this year for just 4 days. At the third day i noticed weak errections and Loss of libido. Furthermore i got depressed a lot and had anixity. Before usage i just took 25mg zinc per day and reduced my sexuall frequency by doing no fap/p**rn. (Had best errections since years)

After reading horror stories and how important dht for the balance are, i have stopped cold turkey.

I still have the side effects after 17 days. No Big improvement, but still very nervouse, unconentrate and had strong pain in my balls during the Last days.

I really dont know, what to do. Cant say, if there is any improvement. Will try to swim a little Bit, eat healthy and avoid alcohol.(maybe my Liver has an damage caused by alcohol comsume during the weekends).

Hopefully its Not to late to speak about permanent with 24 years...

its very early days and far too early to know if sides are here for good or not,,,try and relax and live healthy no stress etc see what you feel like in a month or two,,,hopefully you will be back to normal soon..............

Persistent sides afterquitting are possible and it is on the label, but most people get recovered before 3 months.
Besides, I have never heard of anyone with persistent sides longer than 6 months after having taken only 4 pills and it would be very very rare.

Also you know anxiety can exacerbate anything and make things worse. Try to relax, in few weeks-months you will be fine. And the sooner you get relaxed and live healthy and normally, the sooner you´ll be fine. It is adviceable not to read any horror history.

If after 3 months you have not recovered you should go to a doctor. Cheer up!

You psyched yourself out. And you should never stop cold turkey. You should have lowered your doses. What you did is exactly how all those people on propecia help ended up the way they did.

You are not helping him. Obviously, cold turkey could be the reason why he is now this way; but he can´t do anything now.
Huntsman, persistent is not the same as permanent and you have only taken 5mg of finasteride, you will be fine. Be calm and try to be optimistic and realistic. If you need something you can write me via pm.

I dont think that cold turkey is the reason because the problem after a crash is, that the body doesnt get in balance anymore. I just want to add, that i never lost my morning wood till Now (weaker of course, but still there). Will do swimming now to heal any depression. Dont want to take any medicine anymore,
