finasteride sides question

what causes erection problems as a result of taking finasteride. ive been thinking and am wondering would it be:
1) too much estrogen
2) hormonal imbalances as dht/testostorone levels fluctuate

or is it something else? thanks for your help

There are several reasons. The most known if of course the lack of DHT, but as 5AR2 is also an important enzyme in the spinal cord with the myelination processes where a lot of connections are made between the penis and the brain.
