finasteride works for me

started on finasteride in august this year when i could not put up with the shed any more. like many cases, i went through an acceleration of shed after getting on finasteride for one months. anyways i kept to finasteride and now the shed is almost gone and seems the hair is intact now, maybe there is a little bit regrowth, of which i am not very certain. but i could tell you guys that finasteride works, well, at least it does for me.

i did go through some sides, including testicle pain(very minor though), less and watery sperm(or my illusion?). i dont remember if i've been through a low libido period, but i do can tell you that i am at normal level now.

sorry if there is any grammar mistake for i am not a native speaker of english, and i am willing to answer your questions concerning finasteride.

Do you have before and after pictures? Pictures are the best way to determine your success with treatments. I am on finasteride since July but my hair is still getting thinner and thinner. I am praying that I am just a slow responder. Good Luck!

It depresses me so bad to see pictures of myself I just use the hand treatment. Run my hand through my hair and if anything comes out than I know it isnt working. So far so good!! (Knock on wood!!!)

thanks, Taugenichts, i didnt take the before, after pics for i dont have a camera, but the shedding is very minor now i can tell. during the shedding period i would find hairs everywhere i went, the desk, the chair, the pillow, the sink, etc. even when i was talking to someone, i could notice a hair falling down before my eyes sometimes. but the situation is completely changed now, and i barely find any hair on the aforementioned places.

anyways i'd try to post some pictures here so we could contrast them with each other. wish you luck, man, my suggestions is riding out the shed if there are no serious sides, like i did two month ago. i would have given up but for the encouragement from this site.

depends on how many hairs would fall out each time you run your fingers through the hair. about one month ago when there would still be some hairls falling out when i comb the hair with hand, i already noticed a bit thickening on the top, i mean the part in my hair looks narrower. dont give up, man, you will get some result soon.
