finasteride works!

Hey all,

I've been on finasteride for nearly 3 years now and all i can say is that it works! Complete maitenance and I had thickening of prexisting hair. I'm well above baseline and going strong. Also no sides to report of what so ever.

how long did it take before it got better? or slowed your hair loss... and event stopped it?

Me, im 5 months in and my hair has gotten much worse on finasteride

My advice to you my friend is to take pics of the top of your head. Do it. Once a month. Then chart your progress. You are probably at shed phase. Month 9 I really started to sense my hair was getting a lot better. I shed some more, then it got better. Its a roller coaster but at the end of the day it maintained and actually had improved.

I used to take finasteride for 10 moths and halted it. it did not give me something more than min

have any of you actually seen hair regrowth in thin area"s using propecia or proscar??

ive seen regrowth at the temples albeit very slowly,and the miniaturised hair is slowly but surely reversing,11 months proscar,12 days fincar plus min and nizoral :hairy:

congratulations on your results. no sides too, that's great. keep it up. i'd rather have a bad hair day then no hair. bad hair day = cool looking hair as it looks messy and rugged.
