I'm in a similar situation. I quit minoxidil in november (after 1 year) due to sides.
I have had major shed in Jan which has almost completely stopped in the past month or so. Now this is the crucial period.
I'm not seeing any regrowth yet. Will be completing 1 year on finasteride in 2 months.
I buzz my hair every month as its easy to measure any grwoth/regrowth.
I will buzz again soon, and then if there is no measurable growth, after a break of 6 months from minoxidil, I'll start again but only 0.5 ml and see how I go.....
