Finisterade side effects?

I'm 27 and I have a receding hairline. My brother is 7 years older and he has it too. But luckily has not gone bald but only has the v shaped hairline.
I really want to regrow my fringe and I have started rogaine. It's only been 5 weeks so I am not sure how well it will work for me.
I also am thinking about finisterade. But am afraid of the side effects. What has it been like for you? Have any of you taken it and not goten any sides? Is it true that the sides can be permanent?

Took it, got sides.
Most went away but I believe some have not.
Many guys say they get zero sides, its hit or miss.

You can try a low dose to start and work your way up if needed.

I would try it and stop it if I couldn't handle the sides. But the thing that scares me is that I've read web pages that say they can be permanent. Do you think that this is overblown?
I just picked up some nizoral 2% shampoo too.

Thanks for your reply. I'm going to try it. There is a hairloss clinic near me. I am going to go and talk about starting it with a doctor there.

Chances are you won't have any side effects. Most don't. They can occur, however. Based upon my experience, I cannot recommend it. If you decide to take it, consider starting with a low dose to see how you react.
