finpecia/proscar size of the pill.

ok guys ive been on finpecia for 3 months now, with abit more thinning on the vertex.
i recently recieved my proscar, and am going to swap to this instead of finpecia, however, im concerened about the size of the 5mg proscar pill in relation to the finpecia pill. once i cut a 5mg pill in quarters each segment doesnt look half as big as a 1mg pill of finpecia, stuff like this bothers me.

im also thinking about taking 1.25mg of proscar in the morning and 1mg finpecia in the evening, any views????

Don't worry about the size of the Proscar, it's good stuff, just bite 1/5 off each morning and it will do its job.

There is nothing wrong with Finpecia from what I've read but my personal experience is with 1/5 Proscar a day, I responded quickly.

Don't let that bother you, the pills are mostly filler anyway. You need to realize that 1mg of active ingredient is a very miniscule amount.

Why? You only need 1mg per day.

the 5mg pill just has more finasteride in it per filler than the 1mg pill

yea that is me in the picture, but its not my hairline thts the problem, i think rogaine has improved my hairline(not that it needed it much in the first place), its the top thats thinner and i want to maximise my chances early enough, hence taking a qtr of proscar( where the qtr pill is about 1/3 of the size of a 1mg finpecia pill) and thinking about taking 1mg finpecia in the evening aswell.

either way ive come off finpecia after being on it for 3months, and have swticed to qtr proscar a day to which i have taken 5 qtrs already.
