I just started taking Flax oil this week.

Anyone see any posititives on their hair and/or helath taking this. info on the web shows all manner of good things about it.

I just started taking Flax oil this week.

Anyone see any posititives on their hair and/or helath taking this. info on the web shows all manner of good things about it.

I've been taking flax oil and then switched over to the flax lignans - maybe a total of 2 - 3 years now.

Hasn't done anything that I can really tell in all that time.
