Fluocinonide topical grows hair?

one of the side-effects of topical fluocinonide is excessive hair growth, sounds interesting.

it is a glucocorticoid (used for eczema) so I doubt long term use is possible, but still very interesting.

it effects prostaglandins, if I am not mistaken minoxidil also has an effect on prostaglandins.
