Foam:Anyone turned from 2x day to 1x day

Hi Gents,
Anyone turned from 2x day to 1x day foam usage? If so, please post your experience.

Note:
I'm on 6 months rogaine foam and still shedding, so thougth of switching from 2x to 1x to do less harm for my hair (alteast cut the shed to half).

Propecia 1mg 1.5 years.
Rogaine foam 2x day - 6 months.
Nizorol 2x per week - 6 months.
MSM - 4000 mg/day - 1 month.

i just switched a week ago..will let you know how it goes as time goes by..sorry no help though..i remember someone said they only used it once a day for a few months,do a search and im sure youll find it!
