Foam or Liquid-- which has bigger shed?

From either studies or personal experience can I get some posts here about the difference? I am debating which to try. The foam is more expensive, but if it causes less shed then I may go for it.

the foam caused me a bigger shed by quite a bit but then i saw much better results after that than with the liquid............i fully recommend manning up and trying the foam and riding out the shed,itll be worth it
