Foam shed - 3 months (14 weeks)

Hi Folks,
Thanks a lot for contributing your valuable suggestion.
Here is my question. I'm on rogaine foam about 3 months(exactly 14 weeks) still i can see some shed around 20 - 30 hairs/day but also i can see lot of baby hairs in my hairline.

#1. Whether the shed is quite normal? If so, how long i can see this type of shed?
#2. Shall i switch to 1x/day?

shedding is normal for many ppl. they say that shedding is the onset to regrowth. personally im using the liquid (ill be switching to foam soon) and my shedding has stopped so far after 2 months... remember everyone is different but shedding is normal anyways ur suppose to use rogaine for about a year until you can assumes its not working. and you have to apply it twice a day if you only use it once a day you wont get the maximum benifits.
