is that something to worry about if lets say i have a diffused type of hairloss. Do doctors have any techniques to avoid that ? I have really good regrowth thanx to finasteride and minoxidil , but i have to go to FUE soon to add dencity and create a solid hairline. Thnx

Yes, there is the risk. Also the "shock" from anestethic, surrounding incisions, etc can permanently damage the existing, miniaturised follicles.
Doctors must be very careful not to implant very near to existing follicles.
And, a better tezhnique is that of the implanter pen. That is the least traumatic method in this case. So, go to a surgeon that uses implanter pen, not one that firstly makes the incisions and then inserts the grafts in them. The implanter also assures the most natural angle of implanted hair.
