Folligen Spray ...how many sprays ?

My hair isn't that short so i have to really get close with Folligen spray to use it. I use around 5 or 6 sprays everyday (just started). Is that overkill? How often do you use its, and how many sprays

this was something I was wondering too, no info on the bottle (folligen spray)

also while we're here can anyone tell me if there are any benifits to using folligen twice a day?

There really is no set amount. I would recommend using the dropper that comes with minoxidil though instead of the sprayer so you don't waste it on your hair instead of your scalp.
