im sorry if this question has been asked before. but is there any difference between folligen and minoxidil in regards to stimulation?
is one better than the other? im currently using both but have to skip the minoxidil; the after effects are too much in terms of irritation.

Folligen contains copper peptides which can possibly stimulate regrowth and inhibit dht. But the keyword is POSSIBLY. Minoxidil is clinically proven to regrow. Folligen is mostly for irritation and inflammation.

Get the folligen anyway. You have to attack hairloss in 3 different areas; stimulation, dht, inflammation. Folligen, nizoral, tgel will cover the inflammation. finasteride, spironolactone, revivogen, crinagen will cover dht. minoxidil, lasercomb will cover stimulation. Those are your best bets, most of the other stuff on the market is garbage.

Yes, I agree get the Folligen anyway. It is cheap and it attempts to attack the clearest cause of hairloss: inflammation. DHT would simply not matter if your hair did not respond to it. Men who keep their hair do not worry about DHT causing their follicles to wither.

Over time, minoxidil will be more and more ineffective re: quality of hair. It will force hairs to stay in a growth phase, but inflammation will ultimately takes its toll. With that said, minoxidil worked awesome for me the first year.

Good luck,
