Apparently, the reason why CB-03-01 has poor permeability with most vehicles is because of its larger molecular weight, which is about 402.52.
Phlojel is a highly effective carrier that I've used in the past; this stuff is more effective than DMSO. It'll carry up to 50% or so of the drug in your system. Thankfully, CB is converted into a completely harmless molecule once it is absorbed.
According to Phlojel's website, the stuff is recommended for substances with a lower molecular weight than 400.
I doubt that a difference of 2.5 is going to inhibit much of the absorption; 40 - 45% is still great.
I have some Phlojel lying around right now; looking into a group buy for CB-03-01.
