JUST BOUGHT SOME TOPPIK FOR THE FIRST TIME TODAY, WORKED A TREAT AT COVERING UP MY BALD SPOT, FLOATING ON AIR ETC, ETC, BUT A LITTLE EXPENSIVE.

THEN IT OCCURED TO ME, THESE 'FIBRES' LOOKED EXACTLY LIKE THE SHAVINGS FROM MY ELECTRIC RAZOR. TRIED SHAKING THEM ON MY SCALP TODAY (PERFECT COLOUR, NATURALLY).

HAS ANYONE ELSE TRIED THIS APPROACH? IF SO ANY SUCCESS? I AM A LITTLE WORRIED AS TO HOW WELL THEY WILL HOLD TO MY HAIR, IS THERE A WAY TO CHARGE THESE NATURAL FIBRES SO THAT THEY HOLD AS WELL AS TOPPIK? IF SO HOW.

I REALLY BELIEVE I HAVE STUMBLED UPON A FREE ALTERNATIVE TO TOPPIK HERE, CAN SOMEONE MORE QUALIFIED THAN ME (SUCH AS BRIAN) PLEASE COMMENT/OFFER ADVISE ON CHARGING.

cHEERS, PAUL.

So. You're shaving stubble from your chin, then you want to charge it with static electricity and distribute it across your crown?

Cool.

LOL... this post almost made my laugh to tears :)

I don't think you'll collect enough of your "shavings" (and thats pretty gross-and or funny- to be doing considering the dead skin cells). Please, someone shot me if I ever get this desperate(or cheap) for a hair concealer. No offense, good luck with with the beard trim...
