Soo iam strating to fight in my hairloss during 17 years old today iam 27
when i was 19 i was NW3
I start using:
propecia 1mg/day
minoxidil 5% 2/day
nizoral shampoo and sometimes cream (i think the cream did better results)
MSM 1000 Mg/day


this treatment follow since 19-23
the results from NW3 TO NW2 The crown was almost completly coverd but the tempels remind the same

Side effects:
i didnt had soo hard side effect from finasteride
the only sideeffect was that my sperm was tottaly waterry

i stopped using finasteride becuase all the noise i heard on it... and also because the expensive amount of it and some other reasons that i moved to countrey which not sell it

in age 23 i stopped using propecia
but still use nizoral minoxidil on and off and msm

now days iam 27 almost NW4 !!!

I REALY NEED YOUR HELP GUYS u have great knowldge sometimes more than skin doctor

i came back to use
finasteride 0.25/day
minoxidil 15% morning 5% night
msm 1000 mg
nizoral shampoo twice week
exactley on 22/1/14
i will update results

Please what elese i can do? what recommended ???
i will be happy to get some response i will upload photos soon
if finasteride 0.25 its ok or what else i can add for my treatment....

srsly bro.
.5mg dutasteride will be your only bet ... .25 finasteride /day is just not potent enough. Maybe RU can do something too.
DISCLAIMER : I do not tell you this lightly , and I know dutasteride is a heavy medication to take , especially since you seem to have already stepped out of finasteride due to sides ... won't be any better with Dutasteride.
If price is an issue get a generic variant through inhouse or some other online reseller.

There is not a single other treatment that is currently out there that I (or anyone else) can offer. Dutasteride is a crazy drug , but it's safe to say that it saved my hair for 10 years ... i'm slowly fading away now (I'm already 37 years old)

premixed ru from 'anagen inc' (google it ) -> good service ... took 2 days to arrive to my house.
I'm currently using the 5% mixed with pg vehicle (have some flaking / skin irritation) , so I might try the KB solution next (and maybe 8% RU)

I went to ******** in brussels for a hair transplant too , but my donor area was too weak , so he refused me.
I cannot tell you anything about RU as I've just started it ... but people claim to have stopped their further loss with RU ... but I'm still saying Dutasteride is the most potent drug in preventing loss (You will not ever hear me say that dutasteride will regrow anything altho there might be the odd case where that happens ... even on finasteride people have regrown some ...)

If you were fine for years on 1 mg finasteride, and the only side you had was water semen (seriously, who cares about something so minor?) why would you take only 0.25 mg now? I really don't get it, you were on finasteride, it was working well, and you were totally healthy, and still quit? I just don't get it... I would start with 1 mg finasteride again before jumping on dutasteride, or maybe alternate between them. Yeah, at NW4 you need to try everything, finasteride,dutasteride, spironolactone, RU. Good luck. Hopefully other people who are responding well and have no real side effects will not make teh same mistake.

still after i had some nice results and came again to the doctor after 5 years for asking the reccipt and told him that i had really minor side effect he didnt want to give me
but who know...
i think i will order the RU for now i will upload some photos and update u guys

I suggest you try finasteride first before trying dutasteride. It should halt your hairloss as it did before and with minoxidil even regrowth back to nw3 or more with time. If you are worried about side effect on finasteride i'd suggest you try 0.5mg(instead of 1mg). this dosage has been working for me, although finasteride is almost flat dose dependent so increased dosage doesnt necessarily mean more side-effects.
