They are automated bots designed to test spam software. See what % of words is likely to get through vs what is likely to be filtered (for sites using bayesian anti-spam filtering). Sometimes they run amok and you just get random words/sentences being posted with no actual spam...
Time to blacklist all Chinese hosts...
