Frontal thining goes on despite dutasteride, what shall I do ? M 23.5

3.5 months on minoxidil (once a two day) 3 months on dutasteride (at the begining twice a week now 3x week) but as you see frontal thining goes on, I'm scared of losing my very frontal hair, what do you think how does it look like ? What should I do ? Should I hop on finasteride ? Should I use oral spironolactone ?

Do the scalp itch? I would add RU or Oh-flut asap, they give little to no sides and adds additionally protection agains androgens. Hairline and temples are notorious hard to maintain when fighting severe hairloss

You don't need to wait 6 months because if a treatment works for you it will show improvements in 3 months. Dutasterid doesn't work for you. Llsten to me you have very aggressive hairloss. I think your family members are nw6-nw7 and you will be nw6. Your frontal hair gotten worse obviously.
